A blend of Sangiovese (60%) and Garganega (40%) has created a generously flavoured dry style Rosé thats easy drinking and refreshing. The sour cherry and red fruit vibrancy of aroma and taste are from the Sangiovese, whilst the citrus florals, slight textured palate and zing is attributed to the Garganega portion.
Wild (natural) fermentation for both varieties was achieved in seasoned French oak barrels and blended just prior to bottling on 21st April 2020.
